30 days fast ending with Eid is the start of Ramadan. It comprises sehri and iftar; sehri is what we eat pre-dawn as a meal, a food that is consumed early on in the dawn before the fajr prayer.
Ramadan is the ninth month in the Islamic (Hijri) almanac and holds a noteworthy place in the calendar. Muslims honour this month-long period by observing fast. It is the month of religious beginning, attachment and contributions towards the Almighty. Fast is busted with the impressive revelry of Eid-A-Fitr, or Meethi Eid, the opening day of the next month (Shawwal). Once sehri is completed, people scrutinize fast for the entire day and crack it with iftar, which is the dusk meal.

What Foods To Avoid in Ramadan
1. Try not eating spicy foods as it would cause you indigestion problems.
2. Drink less tea and use more water instead.
3. Keep away from Salty foods that dehydrate you.
4. Do not go for sugar-rich foods this time.
