A series of Nude Photos of the singer was posted(probably the fake ones) on a "Discord" link which read "Join this discord for more of my Nudes" which were posted on her Snapchat account.

The images genuine or not were later silently removed but by the time the images were circulated online this hack is being reported by major media outlets like Daily Mail and Metro in the UK and US.
