Gopal Kanda accussed in the suicide case of Geetika Sharma about to become a Kingmaker in Haryana.

Geetika Sharma, was an air hostess who killed herself, previously accused GK of harassment she then was working in the aviation company of Gopal Kanda, therefore in 2012 Gopal Kanda was also arrested in the same case.

Who will form the next government in Haryana is uncertain though BJP is in frontrun, and same rape accused Gopal Kanda is making news again since the MLA has granted unconditional support to BJP with his five independent MLA.
If BJP forms the government with Gopal Kanda's support then the same MLA Kanda will be problematic for BJP since he is undergoing trials in 9 criminal cases in Sirsa and other parts of Haryana, biggest of which is the abetment of suicide.
Sirsa MLA Gopal Kanda is facing abetment of suicide against Geetika Sharma the air hostess in his aviation company.
His charges of rape were dropped when Delhi Government granted him bail in 2014 in the abetment to suicide case.
Gopal Kanda is powerful lawmaker in Haryana's Sirsa seat and earlier had been home minister in Bhupinder Singh Hooda led Congress Government. He also held urban bodies, Industry and commerce portfolios.

Geetika Sharma was an employee in MDLR airlines of Gopal Kanda. She was air hostess but later made director of one of Kanda's Corporate office in Gurgaon.
She hung herself from a ceiling fan at Ashok vihar home in Delhi writing a suicide letter in naming co employee Aruna Chadha and Gopal Kanda for harassment.
But later Lawmaker Gopal Kanda denied the charges marking the statement as false.
